Do you accept insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider, meaning I do not accept insurance. I can provide forms that may be submitted to an insurance company to obtain out-of-network benefits. I encourage current and prospective patients to call the number on the back of your insurance card to learn about your out-of-network benefits. Some workplaces offer a healthcare flexible spending account, which allows patients to use pre-tax dollars for treatment. I accept all major credit cards, flexible spending accounts, and checks for payment.

Do you offer in-person and video sessions?

Typically all sessions will be in person in my office, unless previously arranged to be via video. However, to be compliant with social distancing and respectful of the health of others, all sessions will now be conducted via HIPAA-compliant video platforms until further notice.

How do I make an appointment?

We will arrange a brief phone consultation during which I will learn about you and what brings you to treatment. I will introduce myself and my practice and select a time for a first appointment.
